
María Ángeles Ayala is a Spanish pianist renowned for the depth of her performance, technical strength and a unique artistic sensibility. He trained with Tamara Harutyunyán Ter-Petrossián and Elena Orobio, completing his artistic development with Johannes Kropfitsch in Vienna and, later, with Nikolai Demidenko, a fundamental reference in his current development. In 2024, he obtained the Virtuoso Diploma at the Escuela Superior Musical Arts in Madrid, consolidating a technical and expressive maturity that characterizes his career.
He has received artistic guidance from internationally renowned performers such as Galina Eguiazarova, Jura Margulis, Eldar Nebolsin, Pascal Nemirovski, Josu de Solaun and Arkadi Volodos, among others. Her concert activity has led her to perform as a soloist in stages such as the Canal Theaters, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando, the Víctor Villegas Auditorium, the Ehrbar Saal in Vienna, the Théâtre National in Nice, the Shigeru Kawai Center in Tokyo, as well as in venues in Amsterdam, Portugal and Belgium. He has collaborated with the Murcia Region Symphony, JORCAM and the Cartagena Chamber Orchestra.
In 2025 she was invited to Radio Clásica (RTVE) to present her recording project live.
In 2025 he released his first solo album, Miroirs de l'Être (KNS Classical), a conceptual project articulated in five symbolic “mirrors” that explore different vital and emotional stages. Previously, in 2023, he launched Wanderlust (Universal Music Group), dedicated to the work of Sigismund Neukomm, reaffirming his commitment to the recovery and dissemination of scarce repertoires.
His career has been recognized with numerous national and international awards, including the First Prize of the Shigeru Kawai Piano Competition 2025, the First Prize of the WPTA Italy International Piano Competition and the Galindo Foundation Scholarship. She has also been awarded in competitions such as the “City of Seville” International Competition, the Murai Grand Prix (Croatia), the Paderewski Competition (Madrid), the “Aleksander Skriabin” Competition (Paris), as well as in national and international competitions in Carlet, El Ejido, Xàtiva, Llíria, among others.
In addition to her artistic activity, she is the founder of Vitamin Musicians, a community dedicated to promoting the artistic and emotional development of musicians of all ages. She is also the creator of the Techné Method, a pedagogical and mental training approach based on neuroscience, conscious study planning and stage management, which has been adopted by students and young professionals for its effectiveness and methodological clarity.
In the pedagogical field, she has been invited to give master classes and workshops on study planning, instrumental practice and management of stage anxiety. He is part of the teaching team of the Escuela Superior Musical Arts, where he teaches piano and subjects related to methodology, instrumental practice and mental training for higher and master students.
